The people I work with come from different paths. Some have built businesses, led teams, and climbed careers. Others have received wealth from family or experienced a major liquidity event. What they share is the recognition that the most important questions of their lives are not financial questions.
I help people sit with these questions long enough to arrive at answers that are genuinely theirs.
I spent 35 years as a wealth advisor before building this coaching practice. I understand the world of wealth from the inside — what clients worry about, what they say in meetings and what they leave unsaid.
Over those decades, I came to recognize that wealth advisory practices, however excellent, aren’t structured to engage the inner work that accompanies wealth. The questions clients carried about identity, meaning, transitions, and the role wealth would play in their lives needed a different kind of attention than financial planning could provide. Not because advisors were doing anything wrong — because the work itself is structurally different.
I built this coaching practice to engage that work directly.
I’ve had my own moments of reckoning—times when everything looked right on the outside but felt hollow on the inside. Times when I had to ask hard questions about identity, purpose, and what I really wanted from my life, not just my career.
What I realized: Too many smart, capable people spend their best years chasing goals that were
never truly theirs. And once you wake up to that… it’s hard to go back to sleep.
I enjoy helping people trade momentum for meaning—before they burn out, numb out, or give up. The world doesn’t need more people doing what they think they’re “supposed to.” It needs
more people brave enough to live the life they actually want.
If you’re looking for letters, here they are.
If you’re looking for results, let’s talk.
I founded and sold financial services businesses. I live in Naples, Florida, with my family.
Some come to clarify what’s next. Others come to reclaim who they are.
Across every engagement, the goal is the same:
Build a life that performs and feels meaningful.
This isn’t a rigid program. It’s a relationship.
The work is grounded, strategic, and deeply human.
It blends clarity, rhythm, wellness, and identity—so you can make better decisions, show up with more energy, and live in alignment with what actually matters.
Whether you’re in the middle of an exit, climbing fast, or trying to remember what “enough” feels like—this work meets you there.
Low pressure. If coaching isn’t what you need right now, I’ll say so directly.
